Default A suggestion to improve the forum

I notice that in the 'social anxiety room' section of the forum a wide variety of topics comes up, whether they're illustrating specific social problems, asking for advice or letting off steam and venting feelings.

My suggestion would be to have a new subforum for people to vent and let out their feelings of frustration and hopelessness. I think it would be helpful to have ventings, such as frustration, loneliness, isolation etc. seperated from those threads that are asking for help and advice, addressing, and relating to specific social problems.

I wonder whether that maybe useful?

Hiya,

Thanks for the feedback. One of the reasons this hasn't come about in the past is that while venting is important and valuable, a whole subforum dedicated to it might create a kind of negative feedback problem. At least in the SA room some constructive advice can be offered, or some hope or comfort. Does that make a kind of sense?
