Default Three Good Things...

Hello ,

It seemed like it might possibly be a nice idea for people to think about three good things about their day.

It could be:
  • Positive thoughts you had about yourself.
  • Something that made you feel special or loved.
  • Nice feelings that you had.
  • Something that made you smile or giggle.
  • Something nice you did for someone else.
  • Meeting someone new.
  • A compliment that someone gave you.
  • Something that made you feel brave.
  • Good events that happened in the day.
  • Something that you achieved.
  • Something that you tried or had a go at.

All sorts of things like that. :D

Good thread..

- I'm feeling a bit more comfortable engaging my customers with stop-and-chat talk each passing day (including today especially - which is why it qualifies as 1 of the 3)
- I responded to a meowing cat with a meow, which prompted the little blighter to meow back at me. I liked that.
- I managed 20mins on the rower even though i didn't feel like it.

There. Weren't so hard..

I managed to drive through a particular set of traffic lights for an hour reasonable comfortably.
A friend rang me to help with a problem I had that upset me.
I did my usual walk at a different time of day and felt ok (doing things at a different time of the day is a big deal to me)

Great thread biscuits

Lovely thread. I've seen this 3 positives a day all over Facebook lately.

- I bought a new album.
- I've jotted down some ideas for some short stories
- I feel excited about my new job.

I'm liking the thread biscuits

-I've been studying anatomy for my figure drawing, and today I discovered things that have massively improved my drawings. It's all paid off finally.
-I've found that recently, and today I've been looking forward to meeting new people at university. That would usually fill me with terror, but I'm feeling excited. That stood out for me today.
-Errrmm...I ate a Mcdonalds. Does that count?

Awesome thread, Biscuit-head.

- I started working out again today after a six-or-so month hiatus.
- I made a point of telling someone how much I think of them.
- I got through at shit ton of The Brothers Karamazov by sneaking peaks at it while working today. 63%! You're not gonna beat me.

Good idea for a thread. Excuse the raunchiness of what I say.

1. Watching guys ripping eachothers speedos off at the beach and tossing them around out of reach like a game. Made me laugh.
2. Started thinking my body isnt that bad after all and actually started to appreciate myself and the way I look for once.
3. Went nude at the beach today. Has been awhile and was shy at first but then it was fine. Proud achievement.

I've had a bit of a crappy day in general, but I'll force myself to come up with three positive things that happened to me. Great thread, Biscuits.

1. I think I'm making people feel a little better through my attempts at communication on here.
2. I at least had a good night's sleep last night. A stag day at Thorpe Park can really take it out of you.
3. I've given my avatar a fresh lick of paint. (Okay, I nicked it from DeviantArt, but I like it, so nerrr! )

Posted a thread in the meets section.
Had a nice compliment from someone I started chatting to recently, who said I was a 'lovely chappy' and that she would like us to be friends.
I'm overanalysing conversations a lot less than I used to.

1. Sat on the beachfront at 4am watching the waves come in
2. Staring out, lightning was flashing across the expanse of the ocean
3. Then it started to pour down with rain. Not a light rain but a torrential downpour

Was quite magical just seeing the world go by and feeling the immense ebb and flow of nature. Ahhhhh bliss.
