I agree it's not very often these 3 things collide. Or maybe it is? and I just never put myself in places at the right time and place to experience it.

^^ clayman I am so jealous.

Well done everyone.

1. Got graded in MMA and impressed the instructor
2. Pushed myself today at gym, MMA and the grading
3. Loved myself and those around me

Ahh it's almost emotional be so proud. Like breaking through a cloud.

^ 4-day bank holiday weekend!!

- I've finally cut my hair (and it looks good!)
- I whizzed through my work today, without too much effort.
- Did a shop at Lidl's whilst it was busy.

* Got my life in reasonably good order so could spend a couple of hours reading Game of Thrones without feeling guilty.

* Got some yummy looking cakes for mother's first proper visit to our new place

* Managed not to eat said cakes early Oh and I found a fab gif of a cat in a shark outfit on a robot hoover being chased by a duckling. Life can't get much better than that.

- I've officially finished my induction.
- I've had a surprisingly lovely meal out with the family.
- I've managed to arrange a lift home from work so I don't have to worry.

Things are good.

These are from yesterday and today btw lol
1.) made 2 important phone calls to chase things up.
2.) I asked a customer in the charity shop I work at to come to my house and look at some beads to possibly buy.
3.) Felt a bit jumpy in said charity shop this morning but managed to stay the whole shift

thanks stoop I don't make anything now I just want to sell them and get rid of them. I did it as a hobby and possible venture to make some money just before I got ill but I lost enthusiasm for it.

Well done Nat!

1) Finished half a project at work (and really happy with my efforts)
2) Had a great session at the gym this morning
3) Went out on site earlier to a horse riding school, beautiful women everywhere, smiled at most.

I want to try to keep doing that, keep smiling at women. That is a big aim of mine.

Thanks Clayman, yeah i used to make bracelets and necklaces mainly. I did it really because if I could have made some decent money out of it, it would have been perfect for an agoraphobic lifestyle as I would hardly have needed to leave the house Think that is the ultimate in avoidance lol
