Default Participate in my study & help raise the profile of SAUK/anxiety issues

Hi SAUK members
My study examines language use in anxiety discussion forums.
I'm hoping this study will help raise the profile of SAUK and associated anxiety issues.
Please follow this link for further information/consent form:
https://lancaster.box.com/s/0fi5rsmt...mvo4osssioewmp
Email completed consent forms to: k.davies6@lancaster.ac.uk
Thank you.

Would have agreed to this but too complicated to do so. No "allow editing" option.

Hi firemonkey
You just need to click on each file to select it, then click on the red 'download' link (to the right) and then the file will open with the option to "enable editing" at the top of the page.

Participants still needed - Just 2 minutes of your time to read the information sheet (no survey).
Thank you.

I had the same problem as firemonkey, but it might be because the laptop I was using just has OpenOffice not Microsoft Office ... I marked the X anyway just not within a box.
