Going out without someone constantly with you.
Aw, sorry to hear that girlinterrupted, sounds horrible making all that progress and then undoing all the work you did.
Thanks for the tips scentless i took my dog for a walk today on my own, i had my mp3 with me so it made it less scary xPosted 12th April 2012 at 23:08 by warmness -
Going out without someone constantly with you.
I used to be really paranoid walking alone in shopping centres, has got better.
You just need to occupy your mind/distract yourself instead of thinking everyones looking at me, they think I'm weird etc. Because that will make you nervous. If your thinking about what your looking for or what your going to have for dinner etc your mind will find it harder to worry.
The other thing to realise is that most people are in their own world, don't care and won't even notice you walking by.Posted 11th April 2012 at 17:31 by Scentless -
Going out without someone constantly with you.
I can`t manage it either :/ I actually managed to get over it about 15 years back and was getting better at it,even going into my nearby town, into shops, even buying stuff all by myself (damn now that song is in my head ). Then I got a health problem called menieres which caused sudden severe dizziness and so on,and I got so scared of what if it happened while I was out,or crossing a road,or riding my bike etc that I`ve totally gone backwards and feel I need someone with me all the time again now. Even just going a few metres up the road
Life would be a lot easier without "what if"Posted 11th April 2012 at 06:33 by girlinterrupted -

Going out without someone constantly with you.
It's been years (many) but I still don't go out on my own, not even down a street. I often feel like I'm the only one... I'm sorry I am no help, but know you are not the only one. I hope you figure it out soon and please let me know how when you do! =]Posted 10th April 2012 at 17:13 by HardRockGlamour -

birthday combined with riots
Happy Birthday!
Towns on either side of me, Ealing and Camden (which I hang out in quite often) have been hit quite badly
Hope they don't move closer to you!! Stay safe!Posted 9th August 2011 at 15:45 by Mortigantoj -
Early morning jogging for me
Good luck. I *think* the earliest I used to jog was maybe 5.30 onwards, it does tend to be much quieter around then, naturally. That was a while back, and I'd like to take it up again. Also the air is nice and fresh at that hour ......Posted 7th August 2011 at 18:46 by piesJoy -
