Sometimes I dont understand some people, you write to them and establish a friendship of some sort and then it all stops. It's happend to me on alot of occasions, what have I possibly done that they cant be bothered with me anymore?

All I have to say is that i've come along way from where I was :-)

Todays my birthday 'sigh' I hate it, so depressing! though all of these riots are keeping my mind off it. anyway, just want to ask if everyone is alright? on the tv alot of buildings are on fire and people are getting attacked, they're not up my way yet, but pretty close.

Today I went early morning jogging, it was so weird walking out of my front door and not seeing anyone about. I felt so free being able to walk about the streets and having nothing to worry about.

Okay, so starting from tomorrow i'm starting early morning jogging. [Hopefully it'll be sunny]
Anyway I was wondering has anyone else started doing this? I know we live in different areas, but who is up at 6:30 - 7.00? is there many people about? I dont want to be seen by alot that's why I picked early, plus it's a great way to start the day!
