Can anyone not walk down the street on your own? I know I cant, I have to be with someone to make me feel safe and to keep telling me that i dont look stupid. gah its silly because i cant go anywhere with out someone

Has anyone gotten over this and can now take a walk on your own? how did you do it? take the dog for a walk..?

I lost a vast amount of weight in 2011 and I can look back with pride my confidents has grown and I can now be myself a little more. .. New year. new slate. I feel as if the old me has vanished

I have a couzin, I see every now and then and shes going to uni, im so jelous of her!!! that is everything I wanted to do, actually have a life, experience things. I havent got the money to get myself there, Im so immature. I cant even look people in the eyes, how could I possibly make it? I still have my old geography work books, I miss learning so much that I read the books over and over. I feel so useless

I went to a suprise 60th birthday party and half way through people kept gettting me up to dance. The music was great I just felt really awkward standing up dancing with a crowd of people, most of them were males which made me feel even more timid. I really wanted to enjoy it just like everyone else for once. My family got dragged away because I wanted to leave so I wrecked their night too
I just feel like I really let myself down

Sometimes I dont understand some people, you write to them and establish a friendship of some sort and then it all stops. It's happend to me on alot of occasions, what have I possibly done that they cant be bothered with me anymore?
