A woman the exact weight as me [well a stone bigger, but if she can do it, then so can I right!?], so anyway she lost weight in a year, and I mean ALOT of weight! how inspirational! you see people on the TV and on mags all the time saying how they lost alot of weight, but they're never the weight you are and you never really see the results.
