Sobbing at the stroke of 'twelve'

Posted 30th December 2010 at 13:47 by warmness

At the end of every year it seem's to hit me hard. Tomorrow is New years eve, and I always end up sobbing when the clock finally strikes 12.
Last year I held out pretty good before falling into my mothers arm's.
I guess it's pretty depressing for me now as our family used to gather with me and my parents and have a party, but now everyone has a life/kids so I stay at home with my mum and dad.
To me it feels pretty sad on new years because I am basically billy no mates ' billy...

Never looking back

Posted 12th December 2010 at 19:33 by warmness

Im sooo proud of myself!!ever since ive had SA ive never been able to go on buses, my sister was going up town and she has a bad back, so i challenged my self to get on a bus and help her out, it feels like such a relief, i feel like im making progress, like my therapist said.. ''people can encourage you, but you are the only one who can help yourself''
its been playing on my mind so why not go for it?

diagnoses

Posted 1st December 2010 at 21:57 by warmness

Yay finally got a diagnoses!
I feel slightly better that I know what to expect, but I wasnt planning on getting a therapy session.
The therapist was a Rolph Harris lookalike
though I dont like people telling me how I feel, he did make me laugh.
He wants me to come back and do some more talking, but I dont see the point, he said he might be made redundant, so I dont see the point of me getting to know him, gaining my trust and then he leaves.
