Basically it's a new thing run by MIND. It's not therapy as such, it's more about group activities to increase confidence and provide peer-based support. I think you get assigned a 'mentor' to help you along.

Yes, it's quite scary but I'm trying to push myself. I've already done quite a bit of therapy this year too.

Last time I posted it was in here to say I hadn't posted in a while and yet I find myself doing exactly the same thing again today having not come back since. Not sure what I need, guess I'm just lonely at the minute, that is lonely knowing how I feel about things and knowing that others don't know. On here at least people will get that.

I'm looking forward to a week of wild camping in The Lakes on tuesday.

I'm pissed off that someone has stopped talking to me though and I still have no one in my life after all these ****ing years of being loner.

Getting away from it all takes my mind of all the shit but I do wish I had someone to come with me.

I just hope it doesn't piss it down constantly and all the fog we're having pisses right off.

I'll be travelling through an area that's officially the wettest in the UK, and at one point I'll be the highest person in England, so I'll be pissed if I'm like a drenched rat, and can't look down on my domain because of bastard fog, ffs. :screams:lol
