Really sorry to hear this. Yes you should ask your GP for help. There are always crisis teams on the NHS that will assist you at those moments. Your GP will be able to tell you what the number is...

I think depression is just as bad as anxiety but one thing which I find so depressive is exhaustion, which I feel to a greater exent all the time and the tablets for depression seem to exacerbate...

I think I realised at the age of 9 for various reasons and when I started work I felt I really was aware of me being different to others at work.
