Ye I do realise I can get it for free, been there and done that. Its more the quality that I'm looking for. Someone who actually understands the condition is key.

Thanks for your replies. Sounds like it might help me to relax a bit but isn't going to lead to any real permenant changes. Will carry on looking for a CBT counsellor

Just wondering if anyone has tried Hypnotherapy to try to get over their Social Anxiety? Was looking for CBT counsellors in my area & all I can find are Hypnotherapists but I have never heard of this...

I'm grateful for the family friends and family I have around me.

I am proud of how I faced the problems at work today and feel I am getting better at meeting and talking to new people.
