What I found helps if you know the person a little better is linking them to a short video about social anxiety from youtube, like a video made by someone else who also experiences anxiety, that way...

I got prescribed this, I took whatever the lowest dose was, think it was maybe 10? I just use it for presentations at uni, take it half an hour before I need it, and works wonders. No side effects...
