Bad day today, keep triggering minor anxiety attacks, they do seem to pass though maybe the Citalopram is starting to work on me a bit (only been on it for just over a week so maybe not).

Getting a bit stressed again, been making the phone calls to the therapy services given to me by the doctor yesterday, the NHS CBT service has an 18 week waiting list so that's not very helpful...
