This might sound strange but does anyones SA transfer to the game?. I always seem to want to find the quieter places away from people up in the mountains etc. Even on the game the city flusters me lol

Thank you all so much for your replies. A lot to look at and think about. It really is a balance between getting the avoidance/exposure levels right. I couldnt face something mega stressful that way...
