ha-ha,.. I really lost out there didn't I ? although, I live in a cul-de-sac 150 miles from the sea so the speedboat probably wouldn't have been required

Cheers BFG I was actually leaning against a railing at the weekend and just then thought "ah, a foam roller might help" as I could feel some of the tension easing off as I sat on it

I must admit, the odd one good cover can be awesome,
