I'm still feeling reasonably positive. I even drove to B&Q on my own and bought some flowers for the garden, including a catmint plant for the cats. I've now tapered further down on my Lorazepam and am taking just half a pill a day. This time last year I was taking up to 3 pills a day.
When I was watering a pot plant in the garden in the evening I found a white feather resting on one of the leaves. I've read that this could be a sign from a loved one who has passed. It's Spring and the birds are shedding feathers all over the place but I'm desperately clutching at straws at the moment so I'm going to console myself with the thought that it
might have been a sign from my mum.
