Thoughts!!!
Hi all,
Well hopefully I have an appointmnet with therapist coming up so be able to share these thoughts Im hvaing.
Until then sorry to keep posting on here, but, I just feel taht I need to get some thoughts out at times.
Just that Ive still been thinking of ending my life a lot.
As I say since mental breakdown mind not working properly and just feel like best thing for me is to end my life really.
