Hi Albatross, did you know that apparently Alistair Cambell had a mental breakdown years ago and look at him now ! Some of the worlds most creative people had mental health problems, Van Gogh, Winston Churchill (suffered from bouts of depression), Spike Milligan to name but a few. Although it feels devastating to you right now, it's not the big deal you think it is. Perhaps you could look up Alistair Campbell on the internet and read more about his story.
