Yes, everything make sense in the convenience store. All the rules create a safe space for Keiko to feel successful. When I worked in retail, I actually hated the repetitive nature of it. Which is strange because I like to know what's going to happen otherwise I get all dizzy with thoughts and worries. I think it was the repetition of nothing much happening and not really needing to problem solve that was unappealing. The one thing I did love was being on customer services and dealing with angry customers.
