Default Owning your reality? Have you attempted this

I wouldn’t say I’ve completely attempted this but am thinking of this as I re-read David Goggins can’t hurt me book.

There is something freeing about accepting your situation but also taking responsibility for it however it’s also difficult because sometimes delusion or wanting some positive things to be true helps keep you happy in the short term. I did challenge 1 in the book. I feel I’m the past the challenges felt hard or too painful to keep doing.

I think even harder is the fact that you will mess up and people point it out.

Default Re: Owning your reality? Have you attempted this

After thinking of the title we are not in full control of our reality like the title may imply so another way to see the question is taking responsibility for your reality. At the moment the idea seems attractive to me but I’m not acting on it.
