I want to die but I don't want to kill myself, scares me to think what might happen. train tracks, train tracks, ****ing train tracks.

God put me in this isolated ****ing existence and expects me to magically get out of it?
teasing me by putting things in front of me I can't have, shoving them right in my face but keeping em out of my reach.
never even been in my reach, just all in my deluded ****ing head.

come home to emptiness, wake up to emptiness, live in emptiness. ****ing pity messages from people who wouldn't even know if I died tomorrow.
bullied as a kid, isolated as an adult, just a big ball of nothingness.

why do i keep doing this?!
who am I even telling this to anyway? done with this.
re-shutting my ****ing windows and pulling down the curtains.

Its shite mate I know. Just remember everyone has there struggles though, everyone is fighting something or another, giving up isn't the answer. There's ways to make things better for yourself and to become happier a know sometimes it feels like your fighting a losing battle and its frustrating but you keep going.

I keep coughing until I'm sick. Pretty sure I've got bronchitis. Pollution has been bad lately. I should really stop smoking. I only have five a day but it definitely can't be helping my recovery.
I should maybe get me a hospital appointment but ill have to ring up my insurance and blah. And I'm not sure how good their English even is at the hospital.

Sad that it is my last cbt session today but also happy because it has made such a difference to my life and I just need to work on what I have learnt and things can only improve even more if I keep trying.
