Like things for me just aren't really sticking into place. I'm starting to think I'm just too messed up at the core for me to change. I find it difficult enough to just think of something to say or ask when it comes to conversations, making the whole 'making friends' thing a lot more difficult. But most people out there can seemingly talk about just about anything on their minds, and make sense of it most of the time. These people seem to make new friends and become close almost instantly, and I'm really envious of these people. I've all but given up hope in finding close friends or relationships in real life.

I had four pints of ale, then decided to go for a walk: i've just gotten back from said walk and feel really shit, even though i felt okay before heading out. It's a general physical sickness.. horrid. I'm trying to remedy it with some cheddar cheese.

I'm feeling tired. Dunno what is up with me. Just feel I could sleep around the clock. Usually I'm the total opposite. On the plus side the sleeps don't half make you feel emotionally better.

I'm feeling okay, thanks I had never heard of the cheddar remedy (cos it doesn't exist), but i 'instinctively knew' it was what was needed to neutralise the feeling in my stomach, and i think it kinda worked... it's been letting me down of late, being upset and stuff :/

The overall feeling was probably tiredness, though.

I've been feeling ill today, just tired and energyless.
I need to look after myself more, nobody else will bother. I don't eat properly and I don't get proper sleep. I drink too much caffeine at work and then get massive drops in energy levels where I just get angry and stressed for no reason. It just doesn't seem possible though. I can't bring myself to care enough about myself enough to do it. Which is wrong and self-defeating. I'm the source of my own problems, being incredibly lazy and apathetic. Argh. Wish I could just get away from myself for a while, if that were even possible.

pretty naff, I hate the period immediately after a holiday. I don't take many but when I do I spend weeks analysing just how much of my day is spent doing things I hate. It is tough to stay positive but I will manage it somehow.

Thanks Luna, yep, I got over the massive step which is the first morning back. Now it is just getting back into the swing of it.

I am working on changing things at work, I dropped a whole load of responsibilities just before going on hols. They were the parts that I enjoy but also the stressful parts as people are waiting on me to finish. I think it is for the best, there is still plenty for me to do.

Stuck in a rut, I really need to do something to change but I don't seem to know how to start.


I keep thinking I should do something drastic like travel for a year or go back into education but I just can't deal with that level of change, I can't even go to a different coffee shop on my obligatory weekend drink and cake (that's about the only progress I've ever made, going to a coffee shop on my own).

Lolol hardly. Most of my days are spent in my flat, hiding. Exam was so-so.


Feeling better for getting home. Think I'm becoming a bit better accustomed to Chichester though which is good, (may go again for a proper explore/shop). I didn't feel quite so disorientated today - well except when I was looking for Superdrug and it appeared to have disappeared in less than a fornight either that or its all been too much and I really am losing the plot...
