Thinking how good I am at hurting other peoples feelings without even trying
Relationships are complicated beyond belief - two sensitive, over thinking, conclusion jumping people can never be happy together yet still we keep returning to each other, what does this mean?

^^^^^^ Thanks Muggins, and good to hear your friend has reappeared on Facebook. I suppose people feeling that others don't value them is a fairly common trait for people with SA. Although I like myself, I always expect other people not to and am surprised when occasionally someone seems to actually like me. It's weird. My brain needs some serious re-wiring.

Don't be embarrassed There's plenty of people on here who can relate to how you feel and would have done the same. For people who don't have a huge social circle, situations like that will be harder to deal with. Glad you're feeling better now.

It is tricky when both people in a relationship are very sensitive, but if you're aware of it and can try and talk things over as much as possible you can manage it. I've also found that the longer people are together the less over reacting happens

I would love to do something that scares me but at the same time raises money for charity.
On the other hand I don't have any friends or colleagues to ask to sponsor me so it's pretty pointless.

Has anyone else done anything like jump from a plane for charity ? Not that i would ever jump from a plane.

^ LOL yeah thats what I was thinking. I have about 3 people who will sponsor me though. I have a £100 voucher for a red letter days experience, but feel a bit selfish and rubbish doing it on my own for noone but my own pleasure.

That's actually a good reading for my talktalk, it's often much lower, especially at weekends and is very unstable.

Why don't the 132 guests viewing the forum grow a pair, join up and start posting? This place seems dead these days, it's a shame.

^I read that as 'excite myself'. Just slink off to the bogs and do one.

^Oh, and by 'do one', I don't mean go to the toilets and do the thing you would need to do if you did want to excite yourself, I mean leave. Just to clarify.

Very awkward being alone with someone else when there's massive lists of things you can't talk about. Makes it very hard to know what you can actually discuss.

I'm sat in my living room watching my daughter put on a "show" by dancing around to music while she's wearing her "party shoes". I'm watching this, watching her become a person who is, in so many ways, already a better human being than I am, and thinking how am I still depressed? I remember when she was born, I thought to myself "This girl is my daughter, I'm her dad, that'll never change, I can't ever be depressed again", but it doesn't work like that.

I've been sitting on this bus for an hour now and I'm still barely 50% of the way to work. This is why I don't do this most days, except for the delights of tube strikes. Well, needs must.

How much kitchenware (I can't think of a better word) is it reasonable for a single person to own? I have three bowls, and I'm seriously (seriously) considering buying a fourth. Would I be crossing a line though? Is that where madness lies?

Why am I constantly hungry?
Whenever I have a cold I seem to go through a phase of eating nothing and then turn around and want to eat everything in sight

Literally I am so hungry right now that I could eat a McDonald's!
Although a curry would be much nicer

If you need a clean bowl and there isn't one, you either need another bowl or you need to wash up more frequently. The more kitchenware (crockery?) you own, the larger and more depressing the washing up pile can become.

If you have a dishwasher, it's wasteful to use it when it isn't full. But a single person needs to own a lot of kitchenstuff to fill a dishwasher.
