Hey people!
Hi everyone, joining this so I can get to know other people with social anxiety. Have had it for most of my teen years and am trying again to get back on the exposure therapy wagon. Look forward to finding my way around!

Hi Lemming :-)..I'm a newbie too and just about got the hang of it..its great here..lots of support and advice and games to boggle the odd braincell lol.
