a rare Saturday I go for walk and had the police pursuing me for half an hour, sods law. They thought I was a missing person. As a sa person you try to avoid attention and you got a flipping police helicopter following you :D (then on ground). Hope they find the missing person, no coincidence with Tories in power all these people going missing.

Feeling so groggy and miserable.
I’ve just spent the whole day in bed when I had planned to at least get a load of chores done. I obviously needed my sleep but I’ll be back at square one tonight and won’t sleep a wink

Had a few hours of potentially awkward Christmas family get-togetheriness today. It went about as well as could be expected, but since getting back I've felt pretty much nothing but bad things. There's no good reason for any of it, but I feel bogged down in self-loathing and anger and spitefulness (towards myself) It seems like no matter how well something goes, I'll feel bad about it, because that's all I'm capable of feeling. It's no wonder I feel so toxic; every experience gets infected and goes putrid once it has a chance to settle in me.

I've a aunt and I cringe every time I see whatsapp messages from her, she lives in Scotland so I don't see her often.
And shes a habit of sending pics of herself/family/things and I don't want to send pics back, she's even said oh send me a pic of whatever and then I do.
I never just send any of my own accord lol

Yeah mine are up in Scotland too, so I rarely see any on them.
