I did find it made my arms slightly bigger, measured my upper arms before and two weeks after starting it. Had no noticeable strength increase, no side effects. I think it just makes you store more water, and its effectiveness is probably down to how much you eat or produce already.

I did lose a lot of hair, but that started way after I stopped taking it. My brother took it for longer than me and still has a full head of hair with no greys (bastard). Men take it around the time they start to lose hair anyway due to their genes.
