Bad tooth ache. My NHS Dentist retired a year ago so I don't even have a dentist anymore. Codeine has helped with the pain a bit tonight but I know it will be back come the morning.

Exhausted.

I've done over 50 hours of physical labor, and I am so sore all over... Two more days of this hell whoohoo...

The exhaustion is really ~wonderful~ on my mental health as well. :/ I'm beginning to lose hope on finding a place for us and everything just sucks so bad now... I kind of want to die ahah... :/

Hahah, yep, kinda. Things haven't been 'regular' for a long time - i've said here before, my morning wood stopped the moment this issue cropped up. That's just an example, there's a small variety of collective problems. Lack of morning wood isn't an issue really but it is indicative of 'something'. Everything functions still but there have been noticeable changes (ha, let's not). I'm hopeful - having read a little, i think it's CPPS (chronic pelvic pain syndrome), so perhaps it's a stress thing, which makes sense, and i need to focus on relaxing more, maybe getting my shit together (because i really haven't).

Not via a doctor, lol. I did make an effort with them, got various bloods, but little else (didn't see a GP at any point, lol). It's been nearly a year, the symptoms are always the same and match the description.

I have training on the 15th and after this week I'll be getting consistent days off to go with my new job. Getting a physical break makes me more excited than anxious towards having to meet new people. That's how bad it is haha...

My two days off are here, and first day I'm just relaxing in bed.

My arms feel like they've been double flu jabbed, they're so sore!

I feel so much better already. You really need to have days off at some point! I don't know how some workaholics do it!

But also... I found out that taking beta blockers makes your muscles feel more sore after workouts. It's worth it though, because I haven't had a migraine for weeks now!

Sometimes I put fingerless gloves on indoors! I recently bought some wrist warmers and they work a treat because apparently warming your writs warms your hands.
