So cheese and onion crisps flavouredly glad that it's cool tonight. It means I can put a heat pad on my aching abdomen.

Today we finally see the rain where I live and it's relentless. I got splashed by a car driving through a puddle.

I highly doubt it. I wouldn't look any further than the next 7 days anyway. No excusing the source

Scary whats happening across the Northern hemisphere weather wise/climatic extremes, we're quite fortunate even though it's not ideal weather right now e.g. very windy here in the South.

It's so windy and overcast here again today, where has our summer gone?
I quite like the temperature at the moment (21) but it would be nice to see a little bit of sunshine too. Shouldn't moan, as the current heat waves in other parts of the world sound horrendous.

I like the melancholy of the storms sometimes and the heat gets too much even with the fan

So after saying there will be more heatwaves the rest of summer, now they're saying it's unlikely to be another heatwave this summer and be unsettled till mid august etc.

I'd take a nice 40C over relentless rain. I can't remember the last day that wasn't wet now, it must have been back in June.

I can't wait for my nips to sizzle again.

Come on British summertime - show yourself.

I don't think the official start is until August so we can forgive this miserable drizzle.

Wow, July.... I wanted it to be cooler and was worried about the progression June was taking (in accordance with what the rest of Summer may be like) but it's been a marked difference. I hope we have a good spell or two to come (not blazing hot), just because for those who love sunny weather, well, it's a bit sad to go out the way it has been. I'm not too fussed if it remains the same though.

A nip sizzler of a day!

We are overdue a scorcher in the UK. Blow the sunshine our way (please).

100%.. feeling a bit guilty with the aircon thumping but thankfully yep.

@biscuits I've packaged some warm air up for you and am gonna smuggle it back disguised as a jiffy padded envelope. Hopefully that'll make the customs import a bit easier. Let me know if that's sufficient for you
