I feel sorry for the current generation of first time buyers,

Based on my wages it would probably take me about 20 years to save up for a deposit in Scotland,

I was watching a programme called "A Place in the Sun" recently where a woman was looking to buy a property in Spain and her budget was......£20k..
I was thinking, wtf? are you serious?
but the guy in the programme managed to find her 4 different properties for under £20k..
some were actually pretty good with their own plot of land and some had several rooms,..

Britain's house prices have just gone a bit mental,
