Woah..

I accidentally knocked over a glass while washing up. My heart went from like 70bpm then BAM straight into 500bpm as I moved to catch it. For a brief moment it felt like the world around me was in slow-mo as I caught it flawlessly mid air below me. Although it was weird as my hands moved slowly too.

Then everything speeded up back to normal in one huge rush and left me out of breath for a mo/mildly light headed.

Wish I could tap into that kinda super power to slow things down whenever I want it. Though I fear my heart might explode if I did it too often.
