Rummy, I'm sure the team will get back to you in due course. Bear in mind that there's a lot to go through, it's a team of volunteers and they're not necessarily all around at once. Also, it's not a trial so let's just calm it down a bit.

what happens if a moderator appears aggressive in their post?

Sometimes we ask members who've been particularly fair-minded, supportive etc individually if they'd like to join the team, sometimes we post a request for volunteers in the Garage. If you're interested in the meantime you can always PM one of the team so your name is put forward for consideration next time we are recruiting.

i have a bit of a complex question, there was an old user on here but she never really used her account on the forum (she is a chatroom goer, like myself) and she would like her forum name back but she's not sure which email or password she used. how would i go about getting that back for her?
