You just want the part that comes after v=

You take that part and post it between the YouTube tags [youtube]paste it in the middle[/ youtube] (without the space after the slash)

Or you can click “go advanced” next to “post quick reply” and there is a little Youtube icon where you can paste in the bit that comes after v=
