Default Random questions

Something that's bothering me tonight: why don't modern humans have bacula? Anyone know?

Anyone else got any random questions they would like answered?

I usually take an apple or two out with me on my dog walks. When im finished eating them i give Kai the cores.

Will the pips build up in his stomach?

Yeah I dont think thats anything to worry about then. I would try to avoid him doing it on peoples front gardens though.

^ yeah

What's the best exercise to do at home for me?

Taking into account i havent any weights yet. Just something for general fitness, a little strength and to feel better. Though i cant be bouncing all over the place like that mr motivator bloke..too noisy.

Also when is the best time to exercise (day to day)?

generally speaking, morning is the best time. try googling the SAS workout. calisthenics.

and yoga. it's the best overall exercise.

specifically, ashtanga yoga. it's a type of yoga which focuses on strength.

yoga also brings peace to the mind.

Just wiki'd calisthenics. The exercises look good..well some do..just as a start. Lunges, situps, pushups, crunches, squats and calf raises are all possible. Though jumping jacks, dips and pull ups arent possible where i am. Will look into the others...i need some weights really. Squats, lunges etc should be done with weights..maybe i can find some somewhere cheap.

I'll have a look at that ashtanga yoga too hgraham (not sure you want me to mention your real name..really nice name it is too ) Something that has a chance of calming my mind..aswell as making my body feel better is defo worth a look. I need to get some sort of routine started this weekend...so as it gives me two weeks to start feeling a little better before cbt.

One thing that does worry me..i tend to lose weight when i start exercising..so im gona have to keep my eating up. Lets hope the exrecise will reduce the depression enough..so as i can improve my appetite..it's pretty poor at the mo.

Defiance - Lol whats huggies?

no problem about the name, I 'm sure I had it on here a while back anyway.

the yoga should help with your depression and appetite, but I warn you, you have to keep up with it. for myself, I found that just doing the sun salutations was enough to get me feeling better, more toned, just an improved feeling all round. and stronger too. the great thing is, risk of injury is very slight. but when you start to do the jumping forward with your feet (you'll see what I mean), it's possible to injure your toes if you're not careful, so try to get a mat or something soft to land on.
