Awful. I am lonely and I feel ill. A week ago I had two chat rooms to visit with lots of friends. They knew I suffered from anxiety, but they seemed to like or even love me. Now due to my anxiety those rooms and the friends have gone forever. I feel useless and ashamed of myself.

I'm feeling really self conscious about the way I look. I should really start doing something about my appearance. Doing nothing hasn't really been helping.

It's so much effort, but my appearance is a serious source of anxiety.

Me too. I've been using Vick's Cold Defence Spray for the past few days and it hasn't gotten any worse, but it hasn't gotten any better either. I'd recommend it if you can get a hold of it. I've used the kid's version on my son a few times and it's always worked.
