Post your Spotify Wrapped 2022.

The bonus game is that you have to guess the number 4 most played song on my list. (You don't really have to play, and there won't be any winners because I'm not going to reveal the answer. The truth is I'm too ashamed of my number 4 song. If it ever got out, the streets would never forgive).

Is your second top song Naked and Famous? Total workout song that. I used to listen to it a lot when I attempted movement.

Also what Will Smith does when he falls asleep thinking about Chris Rock.

^ No it's about assaulting people in an era after christ was born. Yes it is Naked and Famous. It's my go to song in the summer. If summer could be encapsulated in music, this would be it for me.

Beach House being in my top playlist is a massive shout out to you.

I'm telling you now, I'd be genuinely disappointed if Kylie didn't make it on your list.

^^ I took Beach House as tribute. Also, IDLES is a tribute to my dad - it's one of his favourite bands. And I've just remembered that for Christmas last year I got a t-shirt printed with lyrics from the Man with a Perm song that was relevant to him giving up smoking.

I tend to make playlists of lots of different songs, so I think having one or two songs more from some bands/artists makes the difference? I'd be interested to see the percentage for all of the top artists.

I also wanted to become a better Lady Gaga impersonator and the live piano version of Poker Face was my main source for that

One of the genres I like is called metropopolis. What does that even mean haha

Also I do not like the colour scheme for this year's unwrapped. It's aesthetically unpleasing.

I'm surprised with my number one since I just listened to their new album a bit at the beginning of the year. Maybe it's because it's like 90 minutes long.

Apparently it only counts listening data from January 1st to October 31st.

I don’t use Spotify really, mostly Apple Music and SoundCloud.

SoundCloud sent me my 2023 playlist though. Lots of the most played skews towards earlier this year but I think since uni I have listened to music less as early 2023 I had a job where I could listen to music on the job.

I've decided to move music stream sites so ive ditched Spotify from this month been with them for ages and gonna give Tidal a go... i still like Spotify coz of the interface its easy to use but sadly no Neil Young songs are on there and i do like to listen to Neil... gonna see how Tidal goes!
