Very good insight into what depression is. "The people that suffer from depression are those who don't accept it" that's true for most illnesses I think. And funnily enough depression isn't a "middle class" problem like some ppl assume, its just a more visible problem to feel depressed when you have most of what you need.

And like other mental illnesses since depression isn't physical, it has a big variety of treatments.
