A few books for my kindle. I haven't finished the one I'm currently reading but I can't resist those 99p deals.

how much sugar is in that?

I always check the labels when shopping and it's hard to find stuff that isn't packed full of sweeteners these days with naff all sugar, unless it's coke.

I'd much rather consume sugar than aspartame.

A sweatshirt to lounge around in and an ikea lamp. I'm so happy about the lamp because I have the exact same one in white (mine is silver) in my ikea basket which I'm going to checkout on pay day. They are normally £10 but I paid £1

You know, if you stab a man in the dead of winter, steam will rise up from the wounds. Indians believed it was his soul escaping from his body.

Soldiers who fought in the Falklands reported Argentine dead from head wounds with steam coming off their brains.

Apparently it was one of the most common PTSD memories for traumatised Falklands veterans.

^ That's heavy. Mine was a quote from Wayne's World, yours was from the real world (not the show the real world - that would've been mental).

Yeah sorry, I didn't realise it was a quote from Wayne's World. It reminded me of testaments I'd read from Falklands veterans.

^No need for the apology, I have a quoting-films-and-tv disease. People either don't know the quotes, don't show, or they just don't care.

I'm not supposed to be buying anything until pay day but yesterday I spent £30 on asos, £30 on make up and £25 on all 7 Game of Thrones books - couldn't resist for that price especially since you get a little map of Westeros with it.

Original factory stereo head unit I bought off ebay. Didn't want the JVC CD player someone had fitted - too tempting to thieves - I only use the radio anyway. Sounds better than the JVC one in any case.
