^ It did turn green earlier for a few hours, didn't you see it?

Hot weather saps my already limited energy supply completely.

I literally wouldn't know, were in a factory on an industrial estate, and theres a makeshift office inside that I loiter in..(or in the factory itself) It would be nice to have the shutter doors open but then everyone gets blinded by the sun and cant do anything

Yup, I'm exhausted ..not that I can properly sleep because its too uncomfortable to even try, Its really the worst time of the year for me!

While I'm here I'm also bored..and I'm starting on the alcohol again due to having nothing better to do..

So sleepy. May have to go to bed in a bit. :/ like an old codger. Between the heat today and getting up at 5.10am I feel knackered.
Bet i'm annoyingly wide awake when I get to bed.

I have anxiety about work tomorrow, I'm working at Oxford Brookes University and have to negotiate my way around the site to get a relatively simple job done, it could be done in a couple of hours but I reckon it'll take days what with all of the talking, explaining, walking needlessly from one place to another to find another person who's responsible for some other person who has the keys to the store room where my materials are being kept, and then try to track down some other keys for some other part of the site..

careful with the drinking now.

I'm feeling quite good. I'm worried about the extra day of work I've signed up for though, I get the feeling I'll really miss two consecutive days off soon. We'll have to see, hopefully I won't die of tiredness!

Don't think it's anxiety, but think a nerve can get trapped. Sometimes my leg jolts when I lean on a nerve or something I think as I wake up.

I've had a very low week or so. Work has been a horrible grind, It's been like struggling through mud, getting nowhere fast. I couldn't stop thinking about how I could just walk out and be free, however the thought of job hunting is worse. The behaviour of the human race in general has been making me feel sad too.

I feel I'm getting back to normal now. Just a lot of things going on, a lot of pressure on me.

Entirely devoid of motivation and fairly hopeless. I just don't see where I'm meant to go from here, nor can I be arsed to really look.

Hope you find a way to start ducking instead of taking the hit,or better yet, hitting it back and firing it right up the unmentionables (which I think I`ve now just mentioned, doh)

I`m feeling annoyed I cried earlier,I always hate it when anyone or any situation has the power over me to make me cry, even though I know it`s so healthy. Just p****s me off instead.

I dont know

Floating about, existing, not really living

Work was a bloody nightmare, yet again. It was mentioned I should take some time off (as I've used the least holidays so far this year...mostly due to having no plans)

I booked a monday off, in a couple of weeks time but it just seems pointless, all I'll do is have a sleep in (or at least try) ..roll out of bed and sit on here all day...its driving me bonkers

Rationally that isn't bad but, as I've posted before, I don't want to give up my life just to help my mum. I've reached the stage where honestly I don't care too much or try not to care as I also have to make sure I am happy.
You need to look after yourself before you can start worrying about everyone else, I know that sounds selfish but it's true.

Met my therapist yesterday, a soft spoken Scottish lady. There were times I found it hard to keep a polite smile because when she raised the question of suicidal thoughts and I said I didn't experience them she put down her notes and said we couldn't have a 'relationship' unless I was completely honest.

I stuck to my answer and when she asked what gave me hope I said 'having a baby' which finally convinced her. Even if I did think that way (there was a recent spell of it, never acted upon) I wouldn't tell any smug therapist, she'd be straight onto my GP and the rest of them.

Afterwards I felt normalised, happier and more on top of things. It's too beneficial to give up but I can switch therapists later if need be.

So sorry to hear about your mum's diagnosis Kooky Monster

There's nothing more shattering than finding out that someone we love has a disease that could potentially take them away from us. But, medicine has come along way in the treatment of Cancer in recent years and many people do make a complete recovery, especially if its caught early on. I truly hope that everything will turn out to be alright for your mum.

Take good care of yourself, Kooky

Like others have said, there are a lot of treatments available these days with really good outcomes. I was diagnosed with cancer 5 years ago and successfully treated thankfully. There is a lot that can be done.

Un easy.
Had to call an ambulance for my auntie this afternoon, frightened me a lot, at one point I thought she had died, luckily she is now in hospital at the minute having tests.
Do not want another afternoon like this one any time soon.

Cannot believe how cold my family are toward each other, there is no warmth or empathy whatsoever.

Days like this just make me realise how alone I am in this world.
