Relieved. Today I had my appeal tribunal for ESA and I won. They also put me in the support group which means it'll be given some space by the job centre

Going to hospital and being unable to do much is bringing back bad memories, especially considering the timing. Dreading my birthday next week. Would be nice to do something for it, but don't know what or who with.

Been out for walk and exhausted. Wrist starting to hurt more because of walking I think.

Got a tentative trip planned at the start of April to Sicily but not sure if I'll be able to go.

From what I've read, you seem like you're going through a tough time on top of the SA and if you're used to being active I can understand that might make you feel low. I hope you're able to get up and about more and more each day
