Hello everyone,

I'm doing my first post. I dont usually post things but just tend to hang back. I'm in my late forties now and have lived with social anxiety all my life. I like to read other peoples stories as it helps to focus my thoughts on others and not on my own cycle of persitant negative thinking . I live on my own and lost my job on incapacity a couple of years ago . I look forward to sharing my experiences with like minded people who undertand how this illness effects our day to day lives.
