Repugnant. I***8217;m so sick of myself, so is everyone who knows me I think. I***8217;m staying in bed, I can***8217;t face another day like yesterday. Everyone realises that I***8217;m way too much effort for too little gain. They***8217;re right but it doesn***8217;t stop it being ****ing agony

You're none of those things you beat yourself up over. I doubt anyone's sick of you, or even is aware of anything they could be sick about. It's your mind lying to you like it lied to me the other day when it got the better of me. Please listen to us instead, we see you how you really are

Feeling unwell. Not pleasant. Clearly it's still a bit much doing things everyday although I don't think I have reacted as badly as last week. I'm not sure I have strength left to break thru the social barriers I still face - with no family support. Feel thiin and drawn like Bilbo like I've almost been thru too much. Eating better but seems only cos I don't want to get frail again and not cos I want to eat.
