Had about ten inches of snow, then loads of ice to cover it, meaning there is a lovely, very satisfying crunch with every step. Loads of icicles around as well! I'm gonna stand directly under a really big one and look up at it...

I'm gonna go clump through the snow/ice cos my poor doggie struggled too much earlier, either unstable on top of it or kept falling through the ice! Had to carry him home after a while cos it was taking so long, and he weighs a good 30kg! One of the very few occasions he seemed to want to quit the walk!

Though the sun did get rid of lots of it on Wednesday already.

Is it wrong for me to laugh at my cat's sneezing when she comes in from the cold?

Went to the sanctuary the s'morn and luckily just a dusting of snow had fallen. Got in my car to leave and the heavens opened. Drove home in a mini snow storm, lol, it was short lived in intensity but has been snowing ever since lightly but steadily.

I think we have all the snow here, so maybe it didn't get south of Nottingham or something? It's been snowing since Friday evening on and off, with some quite heavy spells. It isn't snowing right now, but it must be a foot deep in some places.
