Default Lewis Capaldi talks about his severe anxiety and Tourette's diagnosis.

This is a very honest talk about what he's experienced.

(Warning, bit of swearing in the video.)

He lives just down the road from me,..
Haven't seen him kicking about tho'

Then, I'm not out and about locally an awful lot either,

He did seem very open, refreshingly self-effacing and down to earth any time I've seen him giving interviews,

Not much of a fan of his whiney songs tho'

Does he?! I love his accent.

He is very honest about how bad his anxiety and panic attacks has been, which is good I think. It isn't something to be ashamed of but lots of people feel ashamed about having an anxiety disorder. I certainly did when I was younger, I never mentioned it or talked about it to anyone.
