Both parents just got 'new' phones, don't know how to use them and expect me to sort them out like I know anything about 5 year old knock off vodaphone branded phones. I would jump out of the window but it's only 20 ft off the ground so that would just be stupid.

Never go on a climbing holiday with your partner. ****ing nightmare. Really wish I'd bought some sharp objects with me.
![]() Unusually for a week's holiday I'm desperate to get home and have a hug from my mum. On the edge of crying again. |

Argument this morning was the last straw I think. Sexist attitudes. It's my job to wash and dry up all the breakfast things and clear away his mess from making sandwiches. So that he can brush his teeth and get ready for climbing. And moan that he doesn't want to hold people up. So obviously it takes me longer to get ready.
It's the constant sexist and racist attitudes getting to me. And making me feel like the ****ing Spanish Inquisition for just trying to make a conversation around what he's been climbing that day (had two days not climbing together). Then blaming his idea of not drinking this week on me. I dony give a **** what he drinks - it was his idea not to drink. So now it's become a joke amongst the group that I told him he couldn't drink and he's disobeying me by drinking. And I don't think I can climb with him anymore. Really really really need to cut. x.x |

You don't need to cut!

It's probably time to go to bed when your vision is so blurred you can't see the screen. But pfft, not on a Friday night

Am I being unreaonable that it upsets me his priority is him being ready in the morning? So I have to tidy up his lunch stuff so he can get ready?
Apparently I'm just being crazy and it's because I'm a girl. |

^ Well, I don't get out much or do anything with anybody else but I thought that people were expected to clean up after themselves these days irrespective of gender.

Washing up and drying up his breakfast and lunch things. He did make his lunch.
Just pissing me off that he won't apologise, doesn't see why it upsets me. Just writes it off as my hormones, that I must be about to start my period. And me being me when people say stuff to me I can't forget it and it loops round and round in my head. All I can think now is that I'm holding him back. I should have suncreamed his back earlier, I know it's my fault stuff went shit. He can write it off, ignore it and I can't. My ****ing brain won't let me. Relationships are a pain in the arse. |

@fantastical - it depends. If he works and you don't (and he uses his money to support you) then I think you should clean up. Not a gender thing. I work full time and my husband doesn't and so he does all the cleaning. And yes, if I'm in a rush, he cleans up after me. It doesn't take much time and I would still choose to spend half an hour cleaning every day than a whole day at work. If he complained I'd offer to swap with him. He could work all day and I would stay at home and do cleaning. That's much less stressful.
If both of you work, or he doesn't use his money to support you then he should be cleaning up after himself. |
