Want to go to bed but should work on essay. But too tired to do it properly and might manage to get some time tomorrow (deadline day). Can't decide if better off going to bed and being less tired tomorrow, or making slow progress tonight.

But, when you've suffered with an anxiety disorder (something that isn't your fault) and something that can make it hard to leave the house at it's very worse, going out every week and volunteering to put yourself through situations that you could so easily choose to avoid - now, that to me is an achievement to be proud of

On top of all that, you are having to cope with the very stressful situation regarding your dad.
Oh, and a true friend won't judge you because you haven't acquired a 'nice' husband, kids, highly paid job, blah blah blah, she likes you for YOU

Thanks guys

I did message back yesterday morning (v. short) but haven't had a reply as yet. So who knows.

Hope your cat's ok Muggins.

@ Muggins. I've got my fingers crossed that everything works out for your cat. Pet's really do become an important part of the family and it's heartbreaking when there's anything wrong with them. Hopefully you're fast asleep now as well.

I need to find a way to socialize, when I am able to get chatting with someone I do enjoy it and it makes me feel better, the problem is the amount of anxiety that precedes any form of socializing, how the hell do I get rid of it? (alcohol does work but isn't the best option)
How can I ever expect to find a partner if I can't get out there to find him?
Some friends would be nice too! Lol

I've completely forgotten to pick-up my omeprazole prescription this week after ordering them on Monday and I use my last one tomorrow

My stomach's bad at the moment too so I think I'm going to have to be extra careful with all my eating on Monday.

^Don't take one tomorrow. Save it for Monday. I sometimes mess up collecting my prescription and have to space the last couple of pills out.

Or bite it in half tomorrow and save the other half for Monday?

I think I'll take my capsule tomorrow as my stomach is quite bad today and hope that it's improved a bit for Monday (I might also try an over the counter one-a-day tablet if they have them at my local shop).

^I love Buzz.
My favourite moment was when he, an 85 yr old man, socked a god-bothering, conspiracy nut who was harassing him in the street. I'm surprised it took him so long (it went on for a bit longer than in this video, too, the guy just wouldn't let up).
