I'm feeling like I've missed out on so many things in my life, just because of my lack of human interaction. Almost everyone else seems to have people to share experiences with, and seem to have the whole world at their feet. I've never been out of my own town by myself. Being able to connect with other people naturally seems like such a distant challenge for me.

Useless, I have all the time in world being unemployed right now to do creative and productive things that I couldn't do before when I was at uni or school, and yet I cannot for the life of me motivate myself to do anything other than sit on the internet all day or play my xbox. I know people would probably read this and think 'Oh boohoo you lazy ****er', but its so frustrating how much time I waste because of how depression seems to affect me, I remember when I was studying for my final uni exams getting all excited about finishing and finally getting time to do stuff like start writing/producing my electronic music or playing my bass guitar or something like that, and yet when it actually comes to it, I can't do anything, I just never feel in the mood to do anything useful, if you know what I mean.

Does anyone else have this problem, sometimes I just wish the internet hadn't been invented, I've got into this horrible, almost addiction-like habit of HAVING to check and be on the internet and various forums everyday and I'm struggling to change that and if it wasn't here, I'd be reading or playing music and doing productive stuff.

^True, it's a vicious cycle, I just can't seem to muster up the motivation to do something creative, and I can't seem to get any enjoyment from the things I used to enjoy doing. My mind seems to struggle, even, with expressing my thoughts, whether it be in text, or through speech, so I don't usually write long walls of text on forums.

I do have a job myself, although it's a stressful environment, and I feel it possibly contributes to the negative feelings I get. I'd hate to be unemployed, though. I'd probably feel even more useless, by getting rejected by lots of employers.

Feeling an inexplicable array of emotions. Today isn't my day. I went out shopping with my family and went to a cafe, Mike's auntie was working there and I completely forgot her name (I've remembered it now). When I was going she came and hugged me and told me how well I look. This is something that happens when someone knows you have mental health issues, they tell you that you "look well". This will now be reported back to my ex, that I "look well". At least I remembered to brush my hair today.

Also I can't find my remote control. I believe the kids today would express it as fml.

I feel sick with nerves. Starting a new role at work tomorrow and I don't know how much I'm going to like it. I look like ass atm too, as my skin has been even more uncooperative than usual. If there was a way I could get out of this I would probably go for it right now, which is ridiculous because I've been bored to death at home for the last month.

quite good, I braved going to the pub tonight, despite feeling so anxious and wobbly that I nearly fell over walking there lol. must keep fighting it, things will get easier.

Just crap and lazy.

Somehow managed to get half of my essay done last night within just a few hours.

But today I've done just a paragraph, and I've been doing this essay all bloody day!!! I've eaten loads of crap because I'm so stressed about it.

Sad and sick to the back teeth of sleeping it off, only for it to rise again the next day. I can't be arsed to seek the limited help there is, and that I have to wait literally months for, so what's the point? I'm so fixated by the things I haven't done that I'm no longer even looking to the future, let alone living in the present. I'm just some miserable waster.

Thanks David. I forget how stressful it can be taking on a major fear. I tend to avoid as much as possible so when I challenge my fears I often forget how much it'll cost me.

Partly. I had to use the phone (one of my absolute horrors) because of a problem, the problem was not sorted so I feel I've faced one of my massive fears for nothing.

Ugh, phones. At least you did it. If you'd avoided it you'd be able to tell yourself that it was your fault the problem wasn't sorted. Now you can blame someone/thing else!
