From ESA to JSA?

I've been on ESA for almost a year now and the dreaded medical has came up, I'm due there on sunday. I'll be kicked off for sure, I'd have to appeal the decision and I think I'd be unsuccessful. The only other option is JSA but I dont think im fit for work yet. In the past when ive been on JSA sometimes id miss my appointments to sign on due to anxiety and they'd kick me off and refuse to pay me. I managed regardless as i lived with my mother but now I have a household to run and more responsibilites that require money, so im a bit worried worst might come to worst. I'm thinking of giving it a go well its my only option really but if i cant make my sign on day one time I'd be pretty screwed. Any advice?

Follow the appeal all the way and hopefully you wont end up on JSA.
