That's really not a bad idea. You can get self-heating cans of other stuff, so why not this too...?
Get patenting!

When did I become so utterly useless?
I used to be sharp, definite, organized, tidy and reliable now I am just a complete mess, I have no interest in doing things, the things I need to do keep getting put off and forgotten.

Five years ago I was such a different person, fair enough I still had anxiety issues but at least I was working full time, earning a reasonable wage, things were organized, if I said I would be somewhere at a specific time I would be there.
My brain was a different animal back then too, I could think about stuff logically where as now it's like a slow old computer that freezes up and crashes all the time.

All I seem to do these days is waste my time chasing unachievable goals and wanting things that will never happen, I live with my head up my arse quite frankly, I'm like a fifteen year old again.

What's wrong with me?

I've been out skiing and snowboarding a couple of tomes, but hoping to go for a couple of months this summer and get into Alpine climbing, as well as sampling some of the rock climbing out there. Exciting plans

They might be able to offer some words of encouragement and support you through the change. They must notice that you're miserable in your current job and I'm sure they would listen if you went through some options with them.

My parents are like really really really old though, I don't think they're the best place to go for advice.

Sorry to hear about your Facebook incident Muggins It's horrible when stuff like that happens, especially when things seem to be going well. Is it not possible she's just deactivated her account for a while? If you click on your friend list and her name is still showing but without a picture, it means she'll have deactivated her profile.

EDIT: Just seen your other post. I take ages to write a post(I usually write a massive wall of text, then delete most of it!) and was doing other stuff at the same time too. I'm glad that it was nothing personal. I do sympathise with you a lot. I've been rejected a lot too and I know it's hard to break the habit of thinking that way

I'm randomly thinking about people I used to know, wondering how they are and what they're doing with their lives. Even looked up a few but that just made me feel worse seeing how much they'd achieved, such as the one who recently qualified as a teacher. There was one person in particular I wanted to reconnect with but haven't been able to. He's long since stopped posting on here, I don't have a number for him, and I can't find him on any social media sites.
