Well, it is that, I got mine to replace my broken 87w but the 91 has history too.

 I am eating posh chocolates. I dont really like chocolates, I bought them for the staff after my last holiday but by the time everybody was in on the same day to share them it felt too late to announce, "remember 2 weeks ago I went abroad, well I got you these". So anyway, nothing else in the house so chocs for tea today.

I had the same for dinner last night too, I find raw or very fresh fish really helps me, gives me a bit more momentum to get get things done. Not energy, just enthusiasm.
I am still not sure if it lifts my mood but if my mood is already up then it will help me get good things done, which in turn prolongs my good mood. Today I need momentum to do my washing up when I get home from work, very few people in this world know quite what a task that is. I am gonna need a lot more fish I think !! Or psychedelics, or both.

As I've got this evening off from my diet. I'm going to be shortly tucking into:
battered prawns and chilli sauce, prawn toast, chow mein etc etc... It's funny what starvation does to you, I don't normally eat this stuff often, but the green light of 'whatever' this eve, is def. making my eyes bigger than my belly  I'll be all sodding regretful tomorrow...

 nyum nyum nyum, aaaahhhhhh A muffin may not be cake (technically it is a type of bread) but it hits the cake spot, bounces down cake alley and lands in my cake pocket. It is as good as cake in my eyes, and more important my overly complicated digestive system. I will say it again. nyum nyum And for dinner tonight, just vitamins and water with beer for pudding, tomorrow no guilt and no more takeaway until next week. I just burped and got a taste of all of that together which was surprisingly nice given that even individually it was only really 'ok'.

Homemade Gujarati potato curry and homemade naan bread washed down with homebrew beer. If it wasn't for having to earn a crust I'd probably never leave the house.

Mine is actually worse, stuck at work, tired, hunrgy, thirsty, and working on a windows vista machine..  Yes, that is right, the quickest things I could find while I rushed around SPAR, and something to refresh my parts.

Just a little roast, my reward for shopping.
  Yes, that is the clearest surface in my house ! The red thing up top is roasted red peppers in pepper and the white bean looking things are butter beans in horserubbish sauce.. PONCE ALERT, any less and I wouldnt have been motivated to go shopping though so I shall ponce my way back to health

Hmm, apple pie, home made ?
I havent had homemade apple pie since I moved out of my parents. Tell me, cream, ice cream or custard ? Cream for me every time. I finished off the last of that roast for lunch, no more until I can go for another shop. Which is all the motivation I need.
